Some things you can sort out faster yourself

Can't get back into your memorial page?
Go to manage your page and enter your email — we'll send you a link straight back in. It works even on a new phone or computer.
Someone left a message you don't want on the page?
Sign in at manage your page and hide or delete it. You never need our permission, and you don't have to explain why.
Wrote a message on someone else's page and want it removed?
Send it below under "Privacy or data request" and we'll delete it. You don't need the page owner's agreement.
Booklet didn't download?
Use the link on your confirmation page again — it stays valid. If that's gone, message us with the email address you paid with.
